SPARC / NZRL REVIEW SUBMISSIONS As you may be aware NZRL and SPARC have committed to undertake a review of league in New Zealand. The review will have a particular focus on the role and responsibility of NZRL, its relationships with its districts and clubs, its relations with the international game, and the strategies and structures that will best serve the interested of rugby league in the future.

A Review Committee chaired by myself has been established to undertake the Review.

The Review Committee would like to give your organisation the opportunity to input into the Review. In the first instance we would like you to give us your organisations views in a written submission. We would like only one written submission per organisation. Please use the attached format for your submission. Submissions must be received by Friday 17th October. Can you please ensure this request is passed onto the relative persons in your organisation.
